THE EUROTRANS-BIO THIRD CALL
IS NOW CLOSED

Next call for Proposals will be launched in December 2008 (Dead-line : 30 April 2009)

• The ETB 3 rd call has been launched on November 9th 2007.
• The strategic objective of the ETB calls for proposals is to foster the competitiveness of European’s biotechnology industry by supporting the research intensive small and medium sized enterprises and their strategic partnerships. The third ETB call for proposals was a generic call including all fields of biotechnology.
  The fourth call will be designed for SMEs in Austria, Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia), Catalonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands, and Basque Country. It will be a generic call including all fields of biotechnology. Submission material will be provided in December. For an overview, you can refer to the 3rd call Flyer.

• In the two first calls (2006 & 2007), ETB received 125 pre-proposals and 41 were successfully evaluated and recommended for funding.
  Selected projects cover various fields of economic interest (health, agro/food and environment). The total cost of supported projects is 77 M€.
